PRIMARY CARE BEYOND A DIAGNOSIS

Not every visit starts with a condition. Sometimes you need a physical, a vaccine, blood work, or someone to look at something that has been bothering you for a couple of weeks. That is what this is for.

Our primary care team sees adults for routine and preventive care at eleven locations across Central Ohio, with same-day and walk-in availability.

Annual physicals and wellness visits
Preventive screenings appropriate to your age and history
Routine lab work and results review, on site
Vaccinations and immunizations
Physicals for work, school, sports, and DOT
Acute illness including colds, infections, and minor injuries
Chronic conditions outside our dedicated programs
Referrals to specialists when you need one

WHY IT MATTERS

Most of what shortens a life is either caught early or caught late. Regular visits are how blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol problems get found before they become harder to treat.
