What your plan covers here

Coverage depends on your plan and on the service. Complete Healthcare provides:

  • Addiction treatment: Suboxone, methadone, Vivitrol, and treatment for alcohol, cocaine, meth and gambling addiction, with morning group and IOP meetings at every location.
  • Primary care: blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, weight loss and nutrition, Hepatitis C testing and treatment.
  • Women’s care: gynecology, hormone therapy, family planning, STD and STI testing.
  • Mental health: Spravato for treatment-resistant depression, and care for depression and anxiety.

Most insurance plans cover addiction treatment as an essential health benefit, but copays, deductibles and prior authorization differ from plan to plan. Spravato in particular usually needs prior authorization, and our staff handles that request with your insurer.
